How is Inositol DUO used?

Recommended portion: 2 full scoops (2000 mg inositol and 1,4 mg vitamin B6 P-5-P), once a day, preferably before a meal. Before consumption, dissolve in 200 ml of lukewarm or cool water, mix thoroughly and drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are recommended.
