Combination of two forms of inositol in optimal proportion
In nature, there are 9 stereoisomers of inositol, of which myo-inositol is the most common form and most commonly used in supplementation. The second in terms of frequency of use is the form of d-chiro-inositol. These two forms are very similar, but slightly different effects in the human body and affect different tissues, and their simultaneous use can give a synergistic effect. In the body physiologically, myo-inositol definitely dominates the amount over D-chiro-inositol and this is also the case in our supplement.
Recommended use: Use 1 serving (1 copious scoop) per day. Do not exceed the suggested daily dose.
