GRUNDIG non-contact thermometer operates on infrared (IR) technology, which means that the temperature of the body or object is measured without the need for contact with the surface. Thanks to this, the device is not only hygienic, but also convenient to use. All you need to do is place the thermometer at a distance of 1-5 cm from the forehead or object to get an immediate result.
✔ Wide range of measurements – body temperature and objects
The GRUNDIG thermometer offers two operating modes: body temperature measurement in the range from 32,0°C to 42,9°C (89,6°F to 109,4°F) and object temperature measurement from 0,0°C to 100,0°C (32,0°F to 212,0°F). Thanks to this, the device works not only when measuring body temperature, but also when controlling the surface temperature of objects, such as water in the bath or milk in the bottle.

The GRUNDIG thermometer is equipped with a backlit LCD display, which changes color depending on the measurement result. Green indicates normal temperature, orange indicates subfebrile state, and red indicates high fever. In addition, the device signals temperature changes with sound signals, which further increases the comfort of use.

The thermometer automatically turns off after about 30 seconds of inactivity, which saves energy and extends battery life. The device remembers the last measurement, which can be useful for monitoring temperature changes at short intervals.
