WASHING DISHES AND GLASS IN INDUSTRIAL DISHWASHERS

APPLICATION:
Alkaline liquid product with active chlorine for washing dishes and glass and small kitchen equipment in industrial dishwashers. Dissolves hard-to-remove protein fatty dirt and residues of tea, coffee and other colouring agents.
WAY OF USE:
Dilute in running water and use according to:
- Water hardness, Concentration / for 2 washing cycle, Temperature
- < 15°dH, 2 - 3 ml / 1 l water, 40 - 95°C
- > 15°dH, 3 - 5 ml / 1 l of water, 40 - 95°C.
Comments:
Precise dosing of the product with automatic dosing systems is recommended.
