INDUCTION HEATER INDUCTOR 1.5 is designed for fast, very efficient and at the same time safe heating of metal parts. It is used wherever there is a need for quick use and there is a risk of damage to the area of the heated place by the flame, e.g. upholstery, varnish, rubber hoses, electrical wires, etc. INDUCTOR 1,5 uses a modern, efficient and effective method of heating details, instruments before quenching, for defrosting, etc.

Equal, fast and stable heating of details. The surface of the heated part is only in the place required for thermal treatment and is under full control of the place where the influence of temperature is required.

High operational safety (no combustible gases) and better working conditions for service. The operator shall not be exposed to open fire, hot gases and the risk of fire and explosion when using open fire.

INDUCTOR 1,5 is able to heat the M20 screw or nut to 800°C in up to 15 seconds. Preparation for use is generally faster than preparation for the heating process using combustible gas burners. The induction heating process begins after connecting the heater to the 230 V socket, embedding or approaching the inductor coil to the heated detail and after pressing the button. The heat-treated detail is heated very quickly according to individual requirements even to “redness”. The white LED illuminates the heated area at the same time, making it easier to operate in dark and hard-to-reach places. Induction coils are easily replaceable and come in many sizes and different types ranging from fixed diameter round coils, flat coils to sheet metal and flexible coils with which we can wrap a detail of any surface.
