"These capsules are surprisingly good! During their first few uses, we noticed that the dishes and cutlery were covered in a clearly visible white layer of limescale. The dishes and cutlery were actually rough from the limescale and not suitable for setting on the table! The first suspect was, of course, the capsules (!!!), because "this never happened with other capsules"... However, it turned out that these deposits on the washed dishes and cutlery, and even on the dishwasher filter, were not the fault of the capsules at all... We didn't realize that the dishwasher's cleaning systems were already heavily contaminated with limescale deposits from the water, and these capsules not only cleaned the dishes but also started dissolving the limescale deposits in the dishwasher (!) Now, we simply add about 35-40 ml (1 shot glass) of 10% vinegar to each wash, and there are no more deposits on the dishes. We pour the vinegar in after the dishwasher has started and is taking in water. We open the door then and pour in the vinegar, and then the dishwasher starts again. We'll see what happens next, how long we'll have to add vinegar to the dishwashing process.
