RECOMMENDED INTAKE AND OTHER COMMENTS

Recommended daily intake: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (9 g) with 150 - 200 ml of water, yogurt or kefir. Consume one serving per day [1 serving = ~1 scoop (9 g)].
