Instructions

1. Clean your ear canal before use.

2. Charge the hearing aid and set the switch to N.

3. When using for the first time, set the volume to minimum, then gradually increase it.

4. Try to choose the right ear tip. Put on the ear tip and make sure it fits well.

5. Insert the hearing aid into your ear canal, adjusting its position until the soft ear tip fully expands and fills the ear canal.

How to Avoid Whistling/Noise

1. Whistling occurs more often at high power (amplification). Therefore, gradually increasing the bass volume can effectively prevent whistling.

2. Whistling will not occur when the ear canal is completely sealed. Therefore, after cleaning the ear canal, use the hearing aids and test the ear tips, choosing large and small sizes to find the best fit.

3. After placing the hearing aid in the ear canal, it is recommended to press the device with your finger and hold for 1-2 seconds, then fully extend it from the ear canal.

Recommendations

1. If the ear tip does not completely fill the ear canal, feedback or whistling may occur. Repeat step 5 to reduce whistling and noise.
