For companies that need a system with extensive functionality in their daily work, special packages of functional extensions have been created, having a common name: PLUS for InsERT GT. Each of the extensions has been highlighted with the appropriate color.

Thanks to PLUSES, systems from the InsERT GT line gain new extended functionality without the need to change the structure of programs and without the use of additional tools or systems. Thanks to the use of PLUSes, it is possible to create a system that meets the requirements of medium-sized companies.

Each customer can individually choose PROS according to their needs, depending on what functionality they need.

The costs of implementing InsERT GT systems and selected PLUSES are significantly lower than similar solutions with identical or similar functionality of other manufacturers.

The first extension we propose is the blue PLUS for the InsERT GT, which offers new functionality for all systems in the InsERT GT line, at all positions. A prerequisite to run PLUS is to upgrade to version 1.09.

The PLUS installation is similar to the program update, so it should not be a problem even for less advanced users of the InsERT GT system.

Green PLUS functionality for InsERT GT:

• Support for weight and volume in documents - for commercial and warehouse documents green PLUS for InsERT GTadds mass and volume columns, which facilitate the handling of large packaged deliveries, e.g. for containers, trucks, ships. These columns are automatically calculated from the goods file, a parameter has also been added that includes a summary of both columns and standard print patterns have been updated. Own financial statements
• - thanks to the green PLUS for InsERT GT, the user can create their own financial statements, as well as change the form of existing statements - this way personalized documents tailored strictly to the needs of the company can be created (e.g. select the language of the report). green PLUS for InsERT GT enables the following operations:
• adding, correcting and deleting items,
• moving the position,
• autonumbering of indentations,
• summing up positions (positively or correctively),
• determining whether it is allowed to freely define positions from balances and account turnover,
• determining English and German position names.
• In addition, the green PLUS for InsERT GT also gives you the opportunity to:
• definition of the layout of the report,
• determining the level of detail of the simplified printout,
• defining additional links between positions,
• import items from another report (e.g. balance sheet or RA).
• Extended own fields - green PLUS for InsERT GT (exactly the same as blue or red PLUS for InsERT GT) allows you to define extended half of your own, which are available for virtually all system objects (documents, files, decrees, etc.). For each object, you can define 10 custom fields of each type. Extended custom field types include text, amount, date, number, dictionary type custom fields, or SQL command type custom fields. The user can connect a standard dictionary, already available in the system (e.g. categories of documents, characteristics of contractors or departments of the company) or a new dictionary created by them. The latter option allows you to define your own dictionaries, individual for each company. An example of a new dictionary is e.g. color, size or other individual statuses and markings that can be used in any business. After saving the data, the new dictionary is visible in the list of dictionaries. SQL own fields are another type of extended own fields, giving very large configuration possibilities. The user can create a SQL field for any selected object, and then create a SQL command referring to any data and tables from the database. They will be useful wherever the functionality of dictionary-type fields proves insufficient. Library of documents for the contractor, entity and document
• - using the green PLUS for InsERT GT, many m.in. operations are possible:
• import and export of any files,
• adding a headline,
• selection of categories,
• Delete and correct - deciding whether and what documents from the library can be deleted or changed by other users of the system.
• The library is available for documents, contractors’ files, goods files and for the entity. This functionality is similar to the document library in the GT Gratificate.
• Own flags - the flag mechanism allows you to freely mark and comment on registered objects according to your own criteria. For example, settlements, decrees, documents, goods or contractors may be flagged. Thanks to flags, we can improve the work of many people in the company (flags can reflect different states and statuses and support group work). Custom flags are visible in the lists - they allow you to see what object (e.g. document) has the status of which state or category. Selected objects can also be filtered after any flag and get information about who and when made the last modification of the flag. Each object can be assigned up to 10 different flags (each of them is marked with a different color). In addition to marking the object with a flag, you can provide it with an additional comment that appears automatically when you indicate items in the list. There can be many examples of the use of own flags, e.g.: marking commercial documents according to the state of settlements, additional approval of documents by designated persons or adding auxiliary comments related to situations appearing in current operational activities.

In each program of the InsERT GT line there is a button that activates the InfoPLUS module (next to the help button and InfoSphere). This module contains information about all changes and novelties in subsequent PLUS installments for InsERT GT. With InfoPLUS you can also activate the trial version and register the product via the Internet.

The trial launch of the green PLUS for InsERT GT is possible only on the trial entity. Each of the functionalities, which is available only in green PLUS, has been appropriately marked in the bubble.
