What is HMB from Amix Performance?
HMB is a short-chain fatty acid produced during the metabolism of leucine. Leucine is one of the most important amino acids in the development of muscle mass, because m.in. stimulates its growth. HMB, in a highly concentrated dose, prevents the processes of muscle catabolism, i.e. the breakdown of muscle fibers.
