HMB FORMULA CAPS contains β-hydroxy β-methylbutyric acid in the form of calcium salt. This short-chain fatty acid is formed from an amino acid (L-leucine) after any intense physical exercise or as a result of prolonged stress.

The recommended daily intake is 6 capsules.

How to use:

  • A single serving of the product – 2 capsules drink 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day.
  • On training days: I portion 30 minutes before the first meal, II portion immediately after training, III portion before bedtime.
  • On non-workout days: I portion 30 minutes before the first meal, II portion 30 minutes before the main meal, III portion before bedtime.
  • Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Active ingredients in 6 capsules*:

  • CaHMB (ß-Hydroxy ß-Calcium methylbutyrate): 3690,00 mg
  • -> including HMB: 3000,00 mg

Ingredients:

81 % ß-hydroxy ß-calcium methylbutyrate; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.
