This set has been prepared primarily for a situation that the driver does not want to meet on the route – punctured tire and the need to replace the wheel. Instead of manually lifting the car and wrestling with the screws, you can use three cooperating devices.

First, the electric 5 T lift lifts the car. Then the electric wrench 480 Nm helps to unscrew the wheel bolts, and after replacing it, the built-in compressor 35 l/min can be used to replenish the pressure in the tire.

In practice, you get one set that performs three basic activities:

CAR LIFT → WHEEL UNSCREWING → TIRE PUMPING

Electric lift – less effort when replacing the wheel

The lift offers a maximum lifting capacity of 5 tons and a working range of from 155 to 450 mm. Instead of manually turning the crank, you connect the device to the 12 V installation and control the electric mechanism.

The maximum height can be reached in about 2 minutes, and when reaching the upper position, the mechanism automatically stops further lifting.

The head has cross grooves, which improve the stability of contact with the correctly selected lifting point of the car.

The 5 T lift does not mean automatic compatibility with every vehicle. Before use, check the weight of the car, its ground clearance, the range of 155 – 450 mm and the place of support indicated by the vehicle manufacturer.

Electric wrench 480 Nm – help with wheel screws

The set also includes an electric wrench with a maximum torque of 480 Nm. This is an important difference from sets consisting exclusively of a lift and a pump – during an emergency wheel change, you do not have to rely solely on a traditional hand wrench.

The included double-sided caps provide four popular sizes:

17 mm / 19 mm / 21 mm / 23 mm

Thanks to this, the kit is prepared to handle many popular car wheel bolts and nuts.

Important: The value of 480 Nm determines the maximum torque of the device. After putting on the wheel, its screws / nuts should be finally tightened with a torque wrench at the moment specified by the car manufacturer.

150 PSI compressor – pump the wheel in place

The lift also has the function of composer for tires. The capacity is 35 l/min and the maximum pressure is 10 bar / 150 PSI.

The analog pressure gauge allows you to observe the pressure while pumping, making it easier to control the entire process. The set also includes pumping tips.

Two ways of powering

The kit works with the DC 12 V car installation. You can connect it:

• for cigarette lighter socket / 12 V socket,
• directly to the car battery using a cable with terminals.

The cable with a length of about 3,5 – 3,6 m provides convenient access to both the front and rear wheels.

Also prepared for failure after dark

The built-in LED lamp illuminates the workplace, which is why the set is much more practical during a night breakdown on the route.

In the event of a power loss, the design also allows the to manually lower the lift using a safety valve.

Once finished, all items can be stowed away in a hard carry case, which makes it easy to keep your trunk organized and keeps the tools you need together.

➡ Instructions for use

1. Park your vehicle on a flat, stable surface.
2. Pull the parking brake and protect the vehicle from displacement.
3. Connect the power cord to the jack.
4. Select the power supply:

   car cigarette lighter socket,

   direct connection to the 12V battery.

5. Position the lift under the factory vehicle support point.
6. Make sure that the lift head is in stably contact with the support point.
7. Press the UP button to lift the vehicle.
8. Once the job is done, press DOWN to leave the vehicle.
9. In the absence of power, use an emergency valve to manually lower.
10. After use, disconnect the power supply and hide the wires and accessories.

Tyre pumping

1. Connect the air hose to the pump.
2. Put the right tip on the valve.
3. Turn on the pump and observe the pressure indication.
4. After reaching the required pressure, turn off the pump.
5. Disconnect the tip from the valve.

Note: Never drive under a vehicle based solely on a lift. Use appropriate supports to work under the car.
