The hydraulic lift is designed for jobs where heavy lifting is required. It cannot be used as a support element permanently set. It is also unacceptable to transport lifted loads. The apparatus is designed for use only in households and cannot be used professionally i.e. in workplaces and for paid work. Correct, reliable and safe operation of the instrument depends on proper operation, so before starting to work with the tool, you should read the instruction manual.

Installation and operation:

1. The lift is supplied as an assembled system and does not require assembly or adjustment.
2. Before starting work, about 6 full pumping cycles should be performed with the release valve unscrewed to ensure proper distribution of the hydraulic oil.
3. Periodic tightening of all screw connections is required - this will increase the safety of use and extend the life of the lift.

Lifting:

Before starting lifting, make sure that the lift operator will have the lift and lifted load in sight when making any movements.

1. With the narrower end of the lift arm, close the release valve by tightening it to the resistance in a clockwise direction.
2. Place the lift under the lifted load in the place intended for the use of lifts so that the load rests centrally on the lift saddle.
3. If necessary, in post lifts, you can unscrew the screw extending to the contact of the lift saddle with the lifted load.
4. Slide the lift frame into the socket. Moving your arm up-down, lift the load to the required height.
5. After lifting, protect the load from falling, e.g. stands.

Leaving:

Before you start lowering, you need to make sure that the lowered load will not cause injury to the handling.

1. With the narrower end of the lift arm, slowly turn the release valve counterclockwise. Do not unscrew the release valve more than is required to slowly lower the load. Unscrewing the valve too much may cause it to unscrew from the housing.
2. After completely lowering the load, disconnect the arm from the lift, take the lift from under the load.
3. For post lifters, screw in the extension screw if used.
