Method of use

Before you start preparing a meal, wash your hands thoroughly and make sure that the dishes you will be using are clean. Boil water and measure 150 ml, pour into a bowl and cool to approx. 40°C. Add 50 g (6-7 tablespoons) of porridge. Use a clean and dry spoon. Stir until a uniform consistency. Feed your baby using a clean spoon. The child can receive 1 or, after consulting a doctor, 2 meals of porridge, depending on age, as a supplement to other foods.
