2. Fill well-drained fresh cream (30% - best for whipping- Fig. 1). Do not fill the cream whipping device with more cream than permitted. The quantity for this model is 0,5 l of cream. Mix the cream thoroughly to avoid the formation of lumps.

3. The head is properly fitted when no thread is visible (Fig.2) Do not twist the thread.

4. Place the cream cartridge (8gN20) into the cartridge cap (Fig.1).

5. Screw the hood to the head (Fig. 3) until the contents of the cartridge are released with hiss. For each filling should be used exactly 1pc. Bullet. Shake the siphon vigorously four to five times in the vertical direction. If using well-chilled light cream or other mixture, shake up to ten times, unscrew the cartridge hood. A slight hissing during unscrewing is normal (Fig. 4). Remove and discard the empty cartridge container. The cartridge is recyclable.

6. For dosing, hold the siphon vertically (decorating nozzle facing down) about 1 cm above the surface. To decorate, press the lever slightly (Fig. 5), if the whipped cream (mus) is not whipped enough, shake again. With later use, do not re-do it.
