REPAIR KIT FOR MASTIFF GERMANY TYRES
The ideal solution in an emergency situation. It allows you to continue driving after a puncture of the tire, without having to call a specialized tire service. Such a set should be included in the equipment of every vehicle. The punctured tire is repaired from the outside, there is no need to disassemble it. It only takes a few minutes for the tyre to be suitable for further operation.
Repairs can be done on their own and in virtually any conditions. Tools and components are packed in a small, functional blister.

Repair of the tyre with a rope:
1. Mark with chalk or any pen the place of damage to the tire, then remove the nail, screw or other foreign body stuck in the tire paying attention to the angle of insertion into the tire.
Selection is necessary due to the fact that after removing the nail or screw, we can "lose" the damaged place on the tire.
2. Using a cutter - glue applicator, clean the hole after piercing, driving it for puncture and to speed up the vulcanization process, use an activator, applying it to the glue applicator.
3. Thread the butyl cord on the awl about halfway through it, then firmly push the awl into the hole after piercing, so that the cord passes through all layers of the tire.
Move again according to the angle of damage. Remember that the cord protrudes about 1 cm above the tread (if necessary, cut off the excess cord).
4. With a firm movement, pull the awl out of the tire, while avoiding twisting the awl, as this can lead to its breaking.
5. The wheel is ready for use - just inflate it
6. After inflating the wheel, check the tightness of the repair site and valve with water or other liquid.
High-quality cords are covered with an additional activator(glue) thanks to which the process of vulcanization of the tire with the cord is accelerated
