A new diabetes management system called Instant mySugr. The system was presented by Roche Diabetes Care during the XVIII and XIX Congress of the Polish Diabetes Association. The system includes the Accu-Chek Instant glucose meter and the mySugr mobile application. From May 1, 2018, test strips for this glucose meter are included in the list of reimbursed drugs.

The system is recommended for patients with diabetes on insulin and using mobile applications on a smartphone. Modern glucose meter Accu-Chek Instant wirelessly connected to the Pro version of one of the most popular applications supporting diabetes therapy - mySugr.

• Easy and fast data synchronization

  The results from the glucose meter are automatically transmitted via Bluetooth to the mySugr mobile application or using a micro USB cable to the computer. When connected to the Internet, data is also stored in the Cloud.

  The target range indicator

  The arrowhead moves on the display along the glycemic ranges, determining whether the result is above the target glycemic range (blue), within the target glycemic range (green), or below the target glycemic range (red). The glycaemic target ranges should be tailored by the physician individually to the patient’s therapy.

Ease of use

Simply insert the strip test into the glucose meter socket and apply a small blood sample to the capillary of the strip test. The result will appear in less than 4 seconds on a large, easy-to-read display. When the strip test is removed, the glucose meter will turn off automatically.

Proven accuracy guaranteed by the creators of Accu-Chek products that meet the requirements of ISO 15197L2013/EN ISO 15197:2015 and confirmed by tests.

Strip test

Designed according to the new technology, the wide capillary perfectly sucks up a blood sample. Simply apply a small drop of blood to any point of the yellow capillary, and the blood will be sucked in automatically.
