Glucosamine is a substance produced from glucose and glutamine molecules by enzyme, glucosamine synthetase. The molecule belonging to the amino-anosaccharides is a common component of tissues and secretions of the human body. It is synthesized in small quantities, and the ability to produce it decreases with age. Due to the high content of glucosamine in articular cartilage, it was hypothesized that its use by patients may bring relief from ailments resulting from joint degeneration. Glucosamine is not found in any of the basic foods and is not possible to take it in the meals consumed. In order to provide glucosamine to the body, supplementation is necessary.

Ingredients: 31 % glucosamine sulfate 2 KCl, 31 % chondroitin sulfate, 19 % methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), capsule shell [glazing substance (hydroxypropylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.

Usage: Take 2 capsules 2 times a day with a sufficient amount of water, preferably 30 minutes before a meal. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 4 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
