For the preparation of 1 serving, mix 8,5 g of the product (7/8 scoops) with 300 to 500 ml of drinking water (calculated osmolality below 275 mOsm/kg ≈ hypotonic drink).

Recommended daily intake: consume 1 to 3 servings per day depending on your needs. Mix each serving thoroughly and drink.
