Iron is an essential trace mineral found in most human cells. It is also an important component of hemoglobin, i.e. proteins that transport oxygen from the lungs to all tissues of the body and support the enrichment of blood with iron. It plays a role in the proper production of red blood cells and supports the use of energy. The demand for iron increases during growth, pregnancy and menstruation. Iron supports women’s health and is an essential factor for the synthesis of brain neurotransmitters, including dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin.

Composition:

Active ingredients in the recommended daily dose of 1/2 tablet:

• Iron (iron diglycinate) - 12,5 mg

Ingredients: Iron (iron diglycinate), bulking agent: mycorcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell: hydroxypropylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids of plant origin.

How to use:

Adults: Take 1/2 capsule daily, preferably with a meal, with plenty of water.

The product does not contain gluten, wheat, yeast or dairy products. It does not contain lactose or casein. People who are allergic to any component of the product should not use it. One capsule provides 25 mg of iron. Iron from other supplements, medicinal products and fortified foods should be taken into account. Iron may affect the absorption of levothyroxine, levodopa, certain antibiotics and bisphosphonates. It can also interact with calcium, magnesium and zinc preparations and antacids. The appropriate interval between preparations should be agreed with your doctor or pharmacist. Nausea, abdominal pain may occur during use. In case of severe or disturbing symptoms, discontinue use and consult a specialist. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, in a tightly closed package, away from moisture, excessive heat and direct light. Do not use if the packaging is damaged or missing. Keep absolutely out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products may pose a serious risk, especially for children under 6. one year of age. In case of accidental consumption, contact your doctor or poison centre immediately.
