To ensure the best absorption of iron, we have supplemented the formula of our supplement with ingredients that help in its better absorption and effective use.
vitamin C (acerola extract) – increases iron absorption and additionally supports the proper functioning of blood vessels
lactoferrin – a natural protein that binds iron and supports its physiological use
active folic acid (vitamin B9) Quatrefolic® – helps reduce homocysteine levels, thanks to which it supports the circulatory system
How to use?
1 capsule in the morning (fasting). Drink water.
How to supplement iron?
Avoid consuming coffee, tea, and other foods rich in polyphenols (e.g. olive oil) up to approx. 2 hours after taking the supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for the proper functioning of the body.
For whom?
For women with low ferritin, with heavy menstruation, in PMS and perimenopause, struggling with chronic fatigue and hair loss, for vegetarians.
Precautions
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. When medications are used concomitantly (e.g. Levothyroxine) it is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients of the product.
Storage
Store the product at room temperature, in a dry and dark place. The dietary supplement should be kept out of reach of young children.
Date of minimum durability
12 months from the date of production of the supplement.
