Description

• The new DDF 40 stud introduces greater ease and efficiency in accurate drilling of stud holes. Its hallmarks are a wide range of applications, a new ergonomic design for easy operation and absolutely even, stable connections.
• In the workshop or on the assembly, no other hand-held power tool can create connections of such high quality.
• When making corner joints, partitions or rows of holes, the DDF 40 offers not only the precision of a stationary machine, but also the cost savings associated with the use of standard wooden pegs.
• In addition, the double doweling technique allows you to achieve exceptional stability already at the stage of dry assembly.

Benefits:

• With the knob and scale, you can accurately adjust the tilting foot of the stud to a height of 62 mm. Typical dimensions can be set using a turret bumper.
• Two spring-loaded retaining pins in the motherboard allow the user to drill holes at a constant distance of 15,5 mm from the edge of the material; repeatable drilling without any measurements or marking.
• The ergonomic motor housing, with a molded handle at the front and a hump at the back, provides the operator with excellent grip on the device regardless of the work performed, while optimally transferring force to the machine.

DDF 40 is a slim-fitting machine with a flat base plate. It creates a practical connection on wood studs with ease of use as with classic drills.

The patented alignment system with spring-loaded retaining pins in the base plate has been adapted to the new SA 320 set of side examples. They allow you to drill a pair of holes and repeat this operation - at a great distance from the reference edge - very easily and without the need to mark the material.

The 32 mm spacing between the holes is a standard used by professionals on a daily basis, while other joining systems require additional tooling. DDF 40 allows you to make a row of holes and mounting holes with a spacing of 32mm. So all the furniture is easy to assemble.

The proven double doweling technique prevents the elements from twisting after assembly. As a result, leveling items is unnecessary.
