Use
Consume directly from the package during exercise.
Maximum 1 gel per day due to the high content of caffeine and nootropic ingredients.
The product can be used with other products from the Beta Fuel series to achieve the recommended intake of 80-120 g of carbohydrates per hour during prolonged exercise.
