Method of use
1 sachet of Beta Fuel Energy Drink contains 1 serving (82g) of powder. Pour the contents of the sachet into 600 ml of water and shake to mix. Drink little and often during prolonged endurance exercises. Use one sachet of powder per hour or combine with Beta Fuel energy gel to get 80-120 g of carbohydrates per hour.
