Swedish company Maurten has patented a new dimension of energy gels - hydrogels. These gels contributed in 2019 to the unofficial breaking of the world record in the marathon by Eliud Kipchoge, who recommends products of this brand.
Gel100 is actually a biopolymer matrix, filled with a unique 4:5 ratio of fructose and glucose, which allows you to absorb up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour of effort.
