An ideal, high-quality bar for athletes containing easily digestible: short-, medium- and long-chain carbohydrates for slow energy release. Beta-glucans found in oats provide balanced blood sugar levels. Medium-chain vegetable oils (MTC) provide energy in the form of up to 9kcal/1g with fast digestion and carbohydrates with a side chain (BCAA) prevent fatigue.

Application
