The blacksmith A8 model has been designed to combine stable operation, appropriate voltage parameters and economical operation as well as possible.

Thanks to the combination of these solutions, the A8 is a universal unit for single-phase and three-phase applications, which will work both on the construction site, in the workshop and on the plot, as well as an emergency power source.

The A8 combines a copper generator, AVR stabilization, intelligent motor control and the ability to select a voltage of 230/400 V, thanks to which the user receives one unit prepared for many different tasks.

The A8 PRO version has received real design changes including engine, generator, frame, exhaust system and voltage stabilization, thanks to which the unit is better prepared for regular and intensive use.

The stator and rotor are among the most important and most expensive components of the entire unit, which is why the blacksmith A8 PRO model uses solutions focused on durability and real operating parameters.

In many similar devices, shorter stators with a length of about 70 to 100 mm and windings made of materials only covered with a layer of copper are found.

The A8 PRO model uses full copper winding and a stator with a length of 120 mm, which translates into a solid generator construction and good working conditions under load.

The latest version of the A8 model uses an extended generator core with more copper winding, thanks to which the generator achieves the maximum power of the generator:

A higher power reserve means that when powering the same receivers, the unit can operate at less percentage utilization of its maximum capabilities.

The blacksmith A8 model uses a proven OHV engine with a power of 7 HP, based on the Japanese design.

The unit has been properly selected for the elongated core of the generator, thanks to which the entire assembly works stably even under changing loads.

The system helps to maintain the working turnover at the level of about 3000 rpm. /min, which is important for stable operation of the unit and correct parameters of the generated current.

With less power consumption, the system regulates engine performance and fuel dose accordingly, helping to reduce unnecessary fuel consumption.

Its task is to support alignment of voltage and power between phases, which is particularly important when operating the unit in 400 V mode.

The AVR controller stabilizes the output voltage on an ongoing basis and reduces its fluctuations during load changes.

Thanks to this, the A8 provides stable parameters of the generated current and works well as a power source on the construction site, in the workshop, on the plot and as an emergency power supply for the house.

The unit is packed in thick, original cardboard and additionally secured with transport belts.

Such protection limits the movement of the device inside the package and reduces the risk of damage during transport.
