Step 1

Wrap the cuff around your left shoulder and keep it in line with your heart.

Step 2

Wrap the cuff around the top of your left arm, making sure the cuff is about 2-3 cm (0,8-1,2 inches) above your elbow.

Step 3

It should be possible to insert two fingers between the cuff and the shoulder.

Step 4

Sit up straight and keep the cuff at the same level as the heart and press the "START/STOP" button, the device will automatically start broadcasting, set the pressure in the cuff and take the measurement.
