Sport Hydro Tabs contains electrolytes that supplement the losses caused by sweating. During exercise, the body sweats to regulate body temperature. All these electrolytes perform important physiological functions, so athletes should supplement them along with lost fluids. Hydro Sport Tab allows you to supplement 4 main electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium) in proportions similar to those we lose with later. This low-calorie effervescent tablet is specially formulated to make a sports drink that can help them hydrate their bodies without the added carbohydrates. The tablet is designed to prevent dehydration and restore fluid balance in hot and humid conditions.

Use: Dissolve 1/2 to 1 effervescent tablet in 500 ml of water. In case of excessive sweating or high temperatures: dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 500 ml of water.

Composition: citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, aroma, inulin, sweetener (sucralose) – powdered beet juice, dyes (beta-carotene, riboflavin-5'-phosphate).
