Directions for use: Dissolve 1 tablet (4 g) in 750 ml of water. Recommended maximum portion for consumption during the day: 3 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
