✅ RECOMMENDED INTAKE

Fill the shaker with water (approx. 200ml), pour 72g Vitargo and shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then fill with water approx. 300-400ml and shake again. The finished drink should be consumed within 8 hours. Do not cook.
