Electrolytes are a set of minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium that keep the balance of electrolyte fluids in the body at the right level.

The product is dedicated to athletes, physically active people and anyone who needs a quick replenishment of lost electrolytes to support the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system. Additionally, the magnesium contained in electrolytes helps reduce the feeling of fatigue.

The hypotonic effect of ALLHydrate electrolytes is due to the fact that their osmolarity is lower than body fluids, thanks to which the water contained in them more easily passes through the cell wall towards a solution with higher osmolarity. The osmolarity of all body fluids is in the range of 280–295 mOsm .

Each batch of ALLHydrate is tested in the laboratory with an osmometer, which compares changes in the physicochemical properties of solutions, which allows us to optimize the osmolarity parameter. A low osmolarity solution has fewer solute particles per liter of solution, while a high osmolarity solution has more solute particles per liter of solution. When solutions of different osmolarity are separated by a membrane that allows water to pass through but not other solutes, water will move from the side of lower osmolarity to the side of higher osmolarity.

ALLHydrate electrolytes have lower osmolarity than body fluids, therefore they have a HYPOTONIC effect (increase cell hydration).

ALLHydrate is the first electrolyte product on the market that contains a natural source of sodium, i.e. natural rock salt from the Kłodawa mine (non-iodized). The elements found in Kłodawa salt are easily absorbed and their content supports the proper functioning of the human body. They are of natural origin and were formed as a result of precipitation from sea water approximately 257-252 million years ago. Thanks to traditional methods of grinding it, the salt does not lose its properties. Salt stone from Kłodawa contains ingredients necessary for the proper functioning of the human body. Recommended daily intake: 1-2 servings. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Usage: portion of electrolytes (4,8 g = 2 scoops) dissolved in 1L of lukewarm water. Shake well before use.
