AllHydrate, Electrolytes + B Complex Methyl is an advanced dietary supplement in powder form that combines hypotonic electrolyte solution with a complex of 10 B vitamins in active (methylated) forms.

The formula has been developed for people who want to take care of hydration, support of the nervous system and energy metabolism at the same time.

The product contains 6 electrolytes, including natural rock salt from Kłodawa (source of sodium and chlorides) and organic forms of magnesium citrate and potassium citrate.

B Complex Methyl includes m.in. P-5-P (active vitamin B6), methylcobalamin (B12), Quatrefolic® (active folate), niacin, biotin, riboflavin, thiamine and pantothenic acid – all in highly absorbable forms.

The drink prepared from the powder has a hypotonic character, thanks to which it hydrates the body faster, and the vitamins and minerals contained effectively support energy, concentration and fatigue reduction.

The hypotonic effect of ALLHydrate electrolytes is due to the fact that their osmolarity is lower than body fluids, thanks to which the water contained in them more easily passes through the cell wall towards a solution with higher osmolarity. The osmolarity of all body fluids is in the range of 280 – 295 mOsm.

Each batch of ALLHydrate is laboratory tested with an osmometer that compares changes in the physicochemical properties of solutions, which allows us to optimize the osmolarity parameter. A low osmolarity solution has fewer particles of the substance dissolved per litre of solution, while a high osmolarity solution has more particles of the substance dissolved per litre of solution. When solutions of different osmolarity are separated by a membrane that passes water, but not other dissolved substances, the water will move from the lower osmolarity side towards the higher osmolarity side.

ALLHydrate electrolytes have lower osmolarity than body fluids, therefore they have a HYPOTONIC effect (increase cell hydration).

ALLHydrate as the first electrolyte product on the market contains a natural source of sodium which is natural, stone salt from the Kłodawa mine (non-iodized). Elements occurring in Kłodawska salt are easily absorbed, and their content supports the proper functioning of the human body. They are of natural origin and were created as a result of precipitation from sea water about 257-252 million years ago.
