Electrolytes are a set of minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium that keep the balance of electrolyte fluids in the body at the right level.

The hydrophobic effect of ALLHydrate electrolytes is due to the fact that their osmolarity is lower than body fluids, thanks to which the water contained in them more easily passes through the cell wall towards a solution with higher osmolarity.
The osmolarity of all body fluids is in the range of 280 to 295 mOsm.
Each batch of ALLHydrate is laboratory tested with an osmometer that compares changes in the physicochemical properties of solutions, which allows us to optimize the osmolarity parameter.
A low osmolarity solution has fewer particles of the substance dissolved per litre of solution, while a high osmolarity solution has more particles of the substance dissolved per litre of solution. When solutions of different osmolarity are separated by a membrane that passes water, but not other dissolved substances, the water will move from the side of lower osmolarity towards higher osmolarity.
ALLHydrate electrolytes have lower osmolarity than body fluids, therefore they have a HYPOTONIC effect (increase cell hydration).
ALLHydrate as the first electrolyte product on the market contains a natural source of sodium which is natural, stone salt from the Kłodawa mine (non-iodized). Elements found in Kłodawska salt are easily absorbed, and their content supports the proper functioning of the human body. They are of natural origin and were created as a result of precipitation from sea water about 257-252 million years ago. Thanks to traditional ways of its fragmentation, salt does not lose its properties.
Stone salt from Kłodawa contains ingredients necessary for the proper functioning of the human body. The following macroelements are present: Ca, Mg, Na, Cl, S and microelements: Fe, I, Cr, Se, Cu, Zn, Mn.
Recommended daily dose: one serving of 4,1 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
Usage: portion of electrolytes (4,1 g=1,5 scoops) dissolved in 1 L of lukewarm water.
