STRES Electrolytes are a specially formulated electrolyte supplement, enhanced with ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera).

• Ashwagandha is classified as an adaptogen, increasing the body's resistance to stress. It helps the body cope with stress and maintain emotional stability and mental balance. It supports falling asleep, learning, memory, and recall. It helps to recover strength after stressful events. It supports mental functions in the elderly.
• Potassium helps maintain normal blood pressure, proper functioning of the nervous system, and muscle function.
• Vitamin C helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and in maintaining normal psychological functions.

Recommended daily dose:

3 tablets daily. Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water. The product should not be consumed if you are taking medications with sedative, hypnotic, or antiepileptic effects. Do not use in children, pregnant women, or during lactation. Store at room temperature in a dry place, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
