BACscan® F50 Ultra is a device for measuring alcohol in exhaled air, which uses a dedicated sensor Advanced Platinium Fuel Cell (electrochemical). It reacts only to ethyl alcohol, which minimizes the risk of falsification of the measurement result caused by other substances, e.g. cigarette smoke or mouthwash.

Speed and precision

The device is ready for use in a short time and immediately displays the results on the visible red LED screen. The result is presented with an accuracy of to 2 decimal places for the entire measuring range 0.00 ~ 4.00‰ (promili). The alcomat defines the sound alarm after exceeding the 0,20‰ threshold, which is the permissible limit in the RP area.

Comfortable use

BACscan® F50 Ultra has a sensor for the correct flow of the test sample and a system for protecting the sensor from damage due to improper use. Designed specifically for this device, the ergonomic housing makes it easy to hold the tester during measurement. Thanks to the built-in internal clock, the device will indicate the need for calibration in a timely manner, which is crucial for maintaining its reliability of measurements. In addition, the tester controls the correct operation before and after each measurement.

Convenient power supply

BACscan F50 Ultra is powered by two 1,5V AAA alkaline batteries (included). It has a function informing about low voltage power supply and auto-off after about 20 seconds of inactivity, which saves energy and reduces operating costs.
