How to choose the power of the device?

To calculate the approximate required power, use the following formula:

(outside temperature + expected temperature) * room volume [m3] * insulation coefficient / 860

As a insulation coefficient, the degree of insulation of the building should be assumed:

0,7 - very good insulation (double insulated wall, few windows, solid foundation)

1,5 - average insulation (standard building, insulated industrial hall)

2,4 - poor insulation (uninsulated brick wall)

3,5 - none (tents, rooms made of wood/corrugated sheet)

It should be taken into account that the calculated power is only approximate and depends on many other variables. The given pattern is applicable to rooms with a height of max. 3 m.
