Cooking and preserving in one go! With the Klarstein KonfiStar 60 Digital preserving container, you can add variety to your menu – with a long-lasting effect. The 60-litre preserving machine has enough space to use high temperatures to turn the contents of preserving jars into long-lasting preserves. Whether you are preserving fruit or vegetables, such as cherries, beans or peas from the garden, gherkins, or preparing sweet jams, savory sausages or ready-made goulash, roasts and roulades – they will have a long shelf life in the KonfiStar 60 Digital. Operation is incredibly simple: place filled jars one on top of the other in the pot, pour in water, then set the desired temperature between 30 and 100°C, the preserving time between 1 and 180 minutes and the whole process can begin. The built-in digital indicator is particularly helpful, as it allows you to read all the settings you have made and monitor the current temperature in the pot during the cooking process. The container automatically maintains the selected temperature and turns off automatically after the preserving time has elapsed.

But the possibilities of the Klarstein KonfiStar 60 Digital do not end there. Thanks to its taste-neutral and hygienic stainless steel interior, Cool-Touch drain tap (resistant to high temperatures) and built-in heat retention function, it is also ideal as a hot beverage dispenser, e.g. hot tea, punch or mulled wine, thus enriching the menu at events, buffets or conference rooms.

Klarstein KonfiStar 60 Digital preserving cooker also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of appearance. Its outer casing is made of polished stainless steel and sits on a black metal base. The Cool-Touch (high temperature resistant) handles allow for easy carrying, while the closure system ensures that the stainless steel lid is firmly seated and the contents stay securely in the container.
