▶ VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND ADVICE

• ⚠ DISHWASHER SAFE (PROHIBITION): The metal working parts of the machine (milling chamber, auger, nut, strainers) NOT Dishwasher safe. Strong chemistry (tablets) and high temperature cause immediate oxidation and blackening of aluminum. Parts should be washed by hand in warm water with the addition of dishwashing liquid, and then immediately wiped dry.
• ⚠ Maintenance of the knife and strainers: So that the strainers and cutting knife do not rust during storage, after washing and drying wipe them with a drop of edible oil.
• ⚠ Using reverse gear: The "R" function (Reverse) should be activated DOPYERO WHEN the engine stops completely. Switching the direction of rotation during operation can damage the transmission!
• ⚠ Operation of the device: This is equipment for home use. It is recommended to take short breaks while grinding very large amounts of meat so as not to overheat the engine.
