Preparation:

About 20 g (5 - 6 teaspoons) of groats pour 200 ml of cold water and let stand for 5 minutes until the groats swell.

Then constantly stirring bring to a boil and cook for another 4 - 5 minutes on low heat.

After this time, turn off the stove and leave the covered pot with porridge for another 4 - 5 minutes.

Can be diluted with breast milk or modified milk. Consume after preparation, do not store leftover cooked product.
