The trolleys are mounted on ball bearings, thanks to which the lift operates smoothly and very quietly. The bearing solution is definitely better than the slides. Slides are replaced on average once a year, the service lasts several hours, the costs of new slides and replacements are very high. In addition, slides need to be lubricated regularly, this is especially troublesome in summer, when at high temperatures grease flows, and the slides perpetually creak and tug on the vehicle. The bearings used in the Expert Series C-2.30 lift are quiet, completely maintenance-free and durable – depending on the use, the bearings can withstand an average of 12-15 years of operation.

The hot-rolled profiles of the lift columns are extremely robust and torsion-resistant. Thanks to the solid construction, it is possible to arrange the columns wider in the range from 2550mm to up to 2750mm. More space between columns allows comfortable handling of wider SUVs and vans

The free passage allows you to quickly enter the vehicle to the service station, and makes it easier to move with a tool trolley or other tools on wheels such as an oil sucker, engine crane, etc.

Asymmetrical columns are rotated by 30 °. The solution makes it easier to open doors in wide vehicles.

The mechanical wear indicator of the nut prevents lifting if the lifting nut is worn out.

Modern 24V control allows very precise adjustment of the height of the lifted and lowered vehicle.

The arms are equipped with an automatic rotation lock.
