WFU FS2 is a two-stage water filtration system. It is an economical and extremely easy to install filtration system, which is most often installed in cabinets under the sink. The small size means that it can be successfully installed even in a kitchen of small size.

The average filtration life is approx. 6 months. Using the two-stage Aqua WFU FS2 filtration system by USTM we get crystal clear water, the use of which will guarantee that during the prepared dishes and drinks it will bring out a fuller taste and aroma. The dedicated WFU FS2 USTM system can be configured in any way, adjusting the filter set to the water quality and user needs. The presented set of cartridges is one of many possible combinations that we can use.

HOW DOES A TWO-STAGE AQUA FILTRATION SYSTEM WORK?

• First stage (PS20 foam cartridge) removes mechanical impurities over 20 microns from the water. Sand, rust and other deposits that are retained by micropores, the diameter of which decreases towards the interior. Large particles are captured at the surface, while small ones are captured in deeper layers.

• Second stage (BL carbon cartridge) removes chlorine and organic substances from the water, thus protecting the RO membrane and prolonging its life. Activated carbon due to its porous structure is an excellent filter material in which chemicals are adsorbed in the pores.
