SOLARY SD602 is an innovative device testing the tightness of various systems. With the help of smoke produced, which is introduced, e.g. in the intake system of the car engine and is to use it to detect even micro leaks that will cause e.g. loss of engine power. Designed wherever it is necessary to check the tightness of closed systems, e.g. fuel lines, intake systems, tanks, etc. thus finding wide application in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Air mode:

First, use air mode to directly measure the leakage, and assess whether there is a leakage through the value of the pressure gauge. If it is less than 0,5 bar, it will inevitably leak. If it reaches 0,8 bar or more, the tightness is very good. Then there is no need to waste oil.

Smoke mode:

After the air mode determines that there is a leak, use the smoke mode to find the leak.

Step 1: Fill 20ml test oil (children's oil) to detector

Step 2: Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connected to the detector

Step3: connect the detector with DC 12V battery, the device starts working

Step 4: the pipe will be filled with smoke, check the leakage points

IMPORTANT!

• During the first use, 10 to 20 ml of oil should be poured.
• Care should be taken not to exceed this range.
• Before filling the detector, pour out the remaining oil beforehand, and then replenish with new oil in an amount of 10 ml to 20 ml.
• Filling should only be carried out when smoke is rare or absent.
• Do not use the detector for more than 8 minutes without interruption; interval breaks are necessary.
