BeaverCraft tool blades are made of high quality bromine vanadium alloy steel, hardened to 57-58 HRC. The tool blades stay sharp well and at the same time are fairly easy to sharpen/polish. Ergonomic tool handles are made of hard wood species (ash, oak) and are protected with linseed oil by the manufacturer.
However, demanding users will likely want to sharpen the tool according to their preferences.
