DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive insurance for DJI products, offering greater peace of mind every time you use DJI equipment. For a small additional fee, DJI Care Refresh offers up to two replacement units in one year. The code is assigned to the serial number of the product.

DJI Care Refresh can be activated once up to 48 hours after activation (first launch) of the drone. After 48 hours, the time with the verification video should be extended.

CARD DJI Care Refresh is a card in which there is a code to activate Care Refresh, to find the code you need to unzip the card and scratch the field under which the code is located.

After receiving the DJI Care Refresh code, go to the DJI page and activate the Service Package, providing the code number and serial number of the device to which protection is to be assigned.

The caveat is that activation must take place no later than 48 hours after activation of the drone.

Removing seals from the card is tantamount to losing the right to withdraw from the contract

DJI Care Refresh does not include:

• Additional accessories.
• Intentional loss of product.
• Housing damage that does not affect the operation of the product.
• Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
• Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
• Additional fees associated with improving the model, improving its performance.
• Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
• Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
• Gimbals repaired or replaced outside the official DJI service.
