D-ribose is a natural five-carbon simple sugar found in every living cell. Although it is a sugar, it practically does not raise blood sugar levels, which is why it is used, among others, successfully in the ketogenic diet. It is a precursor to the synthesis of nucleotides and ATP (i.e. D-ribose consists of ATP, which is an energy carrier in the human body).
Consumed after training / intense exercise causes the restoration of ATP resources, which is why it is often used for post-workout regeneration.
Ingredients: 100% D-ribose.
Method of consumption: 5g per day (double-sided measure 1ml = 1g, 2ml = 2g). Add 2 scoops of 2mli 1 scoop of 1 ml to a glass of water, mix and drink with or after a meal.
