How does it work on the example of Volvo?

The eraser works like any service tester at a Volvo truck dealership, i.e. after connecting it to the 16-pin plug in the truck, turn on the ignition and press the button -> the procedure is sent to all modules installed in the car to erase the errors. After about 2 seconds, the tester will let you know by flashing a large light that the procedure has been sent successfully.

What for ?

The thing about tractor-trailers is that they have deadlines and they have to earn money for the boss, so any error can cause delays in deliveries and, consequently, penalties, etc.

In the event of ADBLUE errors, after 20 hours, e.g. in a Volvo, the power is cut off, you cannot drive such a tractor anywhere, you just need to connect the validator, clear the errors and the 20 hours for the power cut are counted again.

Of course, you can go to the service center and pay 100-200 PLN for a one-time error deletion, but why?

Besides, if you have experience in international transport, you probably know that in the EU, a service center won't simply erase the errors... they'll fix everything, replace what's broken, and only then let your driver go with a bill for a few thousand euros...

That's why I believe that the driver can clear the errors himself, quickly go straight and continue on his route to the destination ... And when he arrives at his place of work, the mechanics at the depot will repair what is needed...

In the case of driving to the European Union, the services connect the diagnostic computer to the tractor, e.g.

England, UK, France, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, and soon also polish ITD....

Unfortunately, if there are errors after the so-called magnet, there are fines from 2 to about 5 thousand euros....

If there are no errors in the tractor --> then there is no basis for issuing a ticket ;)

The eraser can also be used as a quick diagnostic code reader for erasing errors, i.e. when "tinkering and repairing" the tractor's electronics, e.g. installing halogen lights, etc., instead of turning on the PC, connecting the tester, just use my eraser in a few seconds , quickly and effectively.

Why do I think I have the best validator available on the market?

It is made and designed in Poland , produced under my brand, which is registered throughout the European Union, so you can legally carry it in your car without any consequences!!!

At the moment, only my validator has a procedure for checking whether communication has actually been established and whether information has been sent to the car. The driver knows 100% whether this was the case. In the case of a competitor's validator, you connect the validator and you have to think that it worked... but there is no certainty!!!

I have a test to check whether communication with the car has been established, which the driver knows in a moment!!!

I know of cases where some people, when they get a fine of 4,000 euros for one tractor, buy one for their entire fleet... You don't have to be... a wise Pole after the event... but you can protect yourself against it ;)
