How to use:
Use 1 serving per day = 1 bottle (100 ml), about 60 minutes before exercise.
Do not use mouth hygiene rinses (especially antibacterial) during this time, as they may reduce the bioavailability of nitrates.
Shake well before use. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.
