Vitamin C present in Power Beets is responsible for antioxidant activity (it is a very strong antioxidant), but also supports the body's immunity after intense physical exercise.

B vitamins, i.e. thiamine, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12 and folic acid help the body cope with signs of fatigue and fatigue.
