• Cottage cheese

Milk proteins are rinsed 3 times after separation from whey. This means that cottage cheese does not contain lactose. Cottage cheese is a high quality protein. It contains all the essential amino acids. It also contains tryptophan - a precursor of serotonin and dopamine (happiness hormones) and vitamin B12, vitamin B2, vitamins B1, B6, PP, A, D and E

• Buckwheat

It is not a grain, but knotweed and medicinal plant. Buckwheat flavonoids are antibacterial. They support the antibacterial effect of cottage cheese and improve the health effect on teeth. They also work against inflammation throughout the body – but especially in the intestinal mucosa. The lack of gluten and lectin also contributes to this. Buckwheat normalizes the metabolism of cholesterol, fats and sugars and makes veins more flexible. Dosage:
